Does cracking your knuckles really cause arthritis?
Answered By Editor
It is very odd to say that there is no such
medical science giving due attention to this
vital issue. Most of the scientific research
cannot determine what happens when the joints
got pop out. In other words, no such basis
can determine if cracking the knuckles can
cause arthritis.
One thing for sure is that by cracking the
knuckles you can just simply put back the
ligaments that lose its connections. Joints
are meeting points of two separate bones by
cracking down knuckles it helps the bone to
bend.
For further conclusion, there is no proven
theory that cracking knuckles can cause
arthritis. It is only the pressure taking
place in the joints.
