All the readings say no, however I started taking Glucosamine & Chondoitin a week ago and thought things were not feeling so good. Now last night sever gout, maybe diet related as have been a little careless however I doubt.

I think they need to do more studies into this and think they may find somehow it does have an effect

You are now talking health reform will be changed soon; we trust that Obama and his staff do what is necessary for the welfare of families. This reform must be appropriate because many families depend on it, the health system a long time that is weak and patients suffering from cancer, chronic fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, Parkinson's, diabetes, chronic pain, chronic anxiety among many other diseases, Need proper medical attention, according to the measure should be findrxonline for 80% of patients with these diseases.

Personally I find enzyme therapy to help provide relief. I use and recommend http://www.altrumonline.com/redirect.cgi?zo=1170124&page=altrumstore/dzm to help. Bromelain has been shown in peer reviewed medical studies to have benefits for RA.

I would also recommend in addition to glucosamine and chondroitin to add cissus quadrangularis from some place like http://www.trueprotein.com

in a nutshell...
Osoyoos comes from the Native American name "Soo-yoos" - a narrow point where two lakes come together. Osoyoos is a picturesque small town situated in the desert wine country of the Okanagan Valley on BC's southern border. Hot and dry in the summer with sage brush, tumbleweeds and sandy hills, Osoyoos calls itself the only arid desert in Canada. In summertime, the Okanagan Valley is one of the the hottest places in Canada (it has the warmest fresh water lake in Canada) and the winters are mild.
The name Osoyoos means "narrowing of the waters" in the local First Nations language.400 kms from Vancouver

I heard they said Glucosamine has no effect on gout, but I have to suspect it does. My gout attack just happened few days after Glucosamine taken, similar symtom to others, but we have no prove of it. But I do think it caused my gout attack.

I have tried several brands of glucosamine (with and without MSM) over the past five years, and Dr. Max Powers 'Joint Support + Vitamin B12 is the best product and the best value I have found.

I recommend taking the full dose as stated on the bottle, daily, if like me you have experienced osteoarthritis, with the accompanying pain and loud popping of joints while climbing stairs, for instance.

I have full relief from those symptoms since taking this product, and I believe the potency speaks for itself in this result. My only regret is that I didn't know about this simple solution many years earlier.

One thing I'd like to see added to your tips section is the ChiliPad - a mattress pad that lets you cool down (or heat up) your bed, mine lets me set any temperature between 46 and 118 degrees. It's been great for days when the weather and my joints don't agree. I think that a lot of arthritic people could benefit from it.
